At PiF Cloudz, we stand by the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully to understand the procedures for refunds, returns, and exchanges.
General Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales made through our website, www.pifcloudz.com, are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any products once an order has been completed.
Exchanges (For Incorrect or Faulty Items Only)
We do not accept returns. However, we will provide an exchange if you received an incorrect or faulty product.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must meet the following criteria:
- The item you received is not the item you ordered, or it is defective upon arrival.
- You must contact us to initiate the exchange process.
How to Request an Exchange:
To request an exchange for an incorrect or faulty item, please email us at admin@pifcloudz.com with the following information:
- Your full name and order number.
- A clear photo or video showing the incorrect or faulty product.
- A photo of the packing slip that was included with your order.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps if an exchange is approved.
Damaged or Missing Items in Transit
All orders are inspected before shipment and are insured up to $100 through USPS. Once an order leaves our facility, liability for its safe delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, you must file a claim directly with USPS within 60 days of the shipment date. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping and cannot process refunds for it.
