Welcome to PiF Cloudz. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, www.pifcloudz.com (“Site”), and any services provided by PiF Cloudz LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Products and Orders

All products offered on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product at any time without notice. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are of legal age to purchase these products in your jurisdiction.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be successfully processed at the time of purchase using an approved payment method. All charges will appear on your billing statement as “PiF Cloudz.”

5. Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (estimated 1-3 business days).

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Please allow up to 8 hours to receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
  • Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If our system flags an address, we may contact you via text (from a 347 area code) or email for verification.

6. Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

  • Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products.
  • Returns: We do not accept returns.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are only granted for incorrect or faulty products sent by us. To request an exchange, you must contact admin@pifcloudz.com with your order number, the packing slip, and clear photo/video evidence of the issue.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

All orders are inspected for quality before shipment and are insured up to $100. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged or missing, you must file a claim directly with USPS within 60 days of the shipment date.

8. Disclosures and Safety Information

  • Products Not for Sale to Minors: Our products are intended solely for use by adults of legal smoking age. They should not be used by minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with health conditions that may be exacerbated by their use.
  • Use at Your Own Risk: All products, including vape pens and accessories, are used entirely at your own risk.
  • Ingredient Disclosure: Vape pens may contain ingredients such as Vegetable Glycerin and various flavorings. If you have known allergies or pre-existing health conditions, consult your physician before use.
  • Non-Nicotine Product: Our vape pens do not contain nicotine and are not smoking cessation devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or addiction. Please consult a healthcare provider for smoking cessation assistance.
  • Medical Emergencies: If you feel unwell after using any of our products, seek immediate medical attention.
  • Environmental Disposal: Please dispose of all vape products responsibly, with consideration for environmental and public safety.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PiF Cloudz LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using the Site to engage in any activity that could harm the Site, interfere with its operation, or infringe upon the rights of others.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL PIF CLOUDZ LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
